By accessing and using CloserCade ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use CloserCade for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on CloserCade
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Payment

CloserCade offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees
• Cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges

4. Free Trial

CloserCade offers a 7-day free trial period. During this trial, you have full access to all features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to your selected plan.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CloserCade:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code or viruses
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CloserCade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CloserCade, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
